Gianluca Ferraro nasce a Napoli nell’1984.
Ha sempre dedicato sin da bambino intere giornate al disegno e all’arte.
Studia presso il liceo artistico di Napoli e si laurea con il massimo dei voti presso la Facoltà di Architettura “Federico II di Napoli”.
Da oltre dieci anni si è avvicinato all’arte del tatuaggio, sino a diventare un vero e proprio professionista.
Nel suo lavoro riesce ad esprimere la sua passione e devozione per l’arte, abbinata ad una scrupolosa ricerca e cura per il dettaglio, rendendo ogni sua opera unica.
Negli anni ha cercato ed ancora tutt’oggi cerca di perfezionare la sua tecnica, sia nel disegno che nel tatuaggio.
All’inizio della sua carriera tatuava immagini di ogni genere, oggi si dedica esclusivamente al disegno realistico in Black and Grey.
Il realismo è il campo di prova più efficace per mostrare il proprio talento, l’immagine realistica è il sinonimo di “perfezione” e “precisione”.
Nel tempo libero si dedica alla fotografia, pittura ad olio, carboncino, disegno dal vero e tante altre tecniche che sperimenta continuamente.
Questa è la sua “vita” Devozione totale.
Gira il mondo, sia perché ama viaggiare, ma soprattutto per confrontarsi con altri artisti, infatti, è sempre presente alle Tattoo Convention, dove ha vinto numerosi premi; partecipa a seminari, corsi e conferenze Internazionali.
Attualmente il suo lavoro si divide tra Europa, Asia e America, infatti il numero di persone che apprezza il suo talento cresce sempre di più, sino a ricevere richieste in città come Hong Kong, New York, Toronto, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Londra (dove è stato ospite nell’affermato studio Lowrider Tattoo di Josè Lopez a Los Angeles e a Londra). Negli ultimi anni il rapporto con il grande Josè Lopez si stringe sempre più, il “Mentor” entra nella vita quotidiana di Gianluca, sostiene e supporta il suo lavoro, collaborando spesso insieme. Nel 2014 conosce Jun Cha con cui stringe una forte amicizia e continuo confronto.
Tra i suoi clienti spiccano molti nomi noti di calciatori internazionali, celebri ballerini e personaggi dello spettacolo/attori.



Gianluca Ferraro was born in Naples in 1984.
Since child hood, he has been always fully dedicated to the drawing, art and design.
He studiedat the Art College in Naples and graduated with honors in Architecture at “University of Federico II” of Naples.
In the last ten years he has approached to tattoo art, up to become a great professionist.
In his work he is able to convey his passion and devotion to the art, combined with a meticulous research and attention to the detail in order to makeeach work unique.
Over the years he has been always committed in enhancing his technique, both in drawing and in the tattoo art.
Now a days he is exclusively dedicated to realistic Black and Grey drawingas “Realism” is the most effective test field to show owntalent in "perfectionism" and "precision".
He enjoys with photography, oil painting, charcoal drawing and many other drawing techniques that he continuously experiments.
This is his own "life", totaldevotion.
He love stravellinga round the world both for passion and fordealing with ot her tattooist. He always takes part to the international Tattoo convention, where he also won a several awards.
Currently his commitment is split between Europe, Asia and USA as the appreciation for his art and talent keep growing at international level. Hong Kong, New York, Toronto, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Phoenix, Los Angeles and London are some cities where he established his network.
Over the last 2 years he strengthened the relationship with the great tattooist Jose Lopez who strongly supports his works. He represents a “mentor” and a “guide” for Gianluca both in business and personal life.
